Vendors may offer more favorable refund terms but may not reduce the minimum protections established by Azoomar SARL or applicable law.
Refund Disputes
If a customer and vendor cannot resolve a refund request, Azoomar SARL may review the case and make a decision based on the order details, evidence provided, applicable vendor policy, and marketplace rules.
