Refund Eligibility

– The vendor is unable to fulfill the order.
Refund Processing
Once a refund has been approved and any required return has been completed, the refund will generally be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will normally be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase, including where applicable:

– Orange Money
– Visa / MasterCard
The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider.
Partial Refunds

Refund Disputes
If a customer and vendor cannot resolve a refund request, Azoomar SARL may review the case and make a decision based on the order details, evidence provided, applicable vendor policy, and marketplace rules.
