Refund Processing

Refunds will normally be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase, including where applicable:

– Orange Money
– Visa / MasterCard
The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider.
Partial Refunds
Where appropriate, a partial refund may be offered for an affected item or part of an order, particularly where the customer agrees to keep the product.
Non-Refundable Situations

Refund Disputes
If a customer and vendor cannot resolve a refund request, Azoomar SARL may review the case and make a decision based on the order details, evidence provided, applicable vendor policy, and marketplace rules.
