Azoomar SARL aims to ensure that eligible customers receive refunds promptly and fairly.

Refund Eligibility

  – A refund may be granted when:

Refund Disputes

If a customer and vendor cannot resolve a refund request, Azoomar SARL may review the case and make a decision based on the order details, evidence provided, applicable vendor policy, and marketplace rules.
